    I have contacted the company I purchased my camera system from and they won't answer my problem. Can someone here help me to reset my password? When I went to add a user, I was unable to and had to change the administrator login. Recently I had some of my property stolen and am unable to log in to review and download the video to get law enforcement involved. I have a FLIR DVR & camera system, model D3316000. Thanks Warren
