I also looking for varifocal lens feature in the camera.

Hi Everybody,

I have a problem.

I have an NVR Hikvision model DS-7604NI-SE/P. It is connected to a LAN network and it works fine. But when we connected though a WAN to see the cameras remotely, it does not work. The NVR appears connected but it does not show the cameras video.

Our client use a VPN to connect both sites. They have other brand NVRs and they work fine.
