Why can I see camera webpage IE but not Chrome?

As of Sept 1st Chrome no longer allows you to enable NPAPI. The the following bulletin from Hikvision addresses the NPAPI problem on Chrome. http://t.co/yddpR3uJOD It looks like they are planning a software upgrade towards the end of November. In the mean time Internet Explorer works fine.
