    Thank you for the response, the nvr has been bought in France and the cameras come from Hong Kong. I did an update of the NVR, and I found an update for the camera but for the moment I can't access them.

    Hello I just received my system, I bought on 2 differents reseller (one is *.de but the product come from Hong Kong ... I ddidn't know that). I have a big problem, I connect by POE the camera on the NVR, the light is blinking, the LED are red, but the NVR doesn't recognized the camera. I tried to set the default IP on the port 1 (where I connected the camera) 192.168.1.64, type the default password 12345 ... but nothing is working. Can you help me? THank you
