Dahua IPC-HFW3200S no stream in google chrome

I just got a IPC-HDB4300C-A and am getting the same issue with chrome and safari on a macbook. I have gone through the install dialog for the plugin several times (the definition of insanity is doing the same thing multiple times and expecting different results, Ugh.) I still get NO video stream, and the video window says to download and install the plugin. Does anyone know what is going on here? Thanks in advance, Deuce2ii S.L.C., Utah
