sure this has been asked 100 times before,I'm after a new nvr,any recomendations.

Thinking of an avtech or hikvision.

I want full hd,smartphone,i already use a ddns service.

Be 16ch.

Hi all,

Have a problem with my avtech 8ch dvr,,when trying to access it remotely,it just says "firmware upgrade,please try later".I've tried upgrading,but no difference.If i switch the dvr off then on again,it works remotely for about half hour,then says the same again.

Any ideas ?

Just thought i'd sign up,wanna learn a bit more.

Had a few cctv systems in the past,only hobby stuff,also into pc networking ,and general messing around with that side of it.
