I got some new cameras from Amazon.

 

ANNKE 4 Channel HD 1080P SPOE Security Camera

 

One of the cameras won't work once it's on the wall. I've took it down a few times now to check it. Once it's down it works fine. I've checked the cat5 cable with a line checker and that's fine. I've just put it back up and once again it's stop working. Just get a blank pitcure? Can anyone help

I've managed to open the ports but still cant view any feeds from out side my network

Hi i have a basic step that uses a cheap dir but working dvr unit. i can view my cameras on my home network on my phone but cant view them on the samsung phone using the NVSIP app.

has anyone come across this before with this app? is they a fix for it?
