  1. Hello,

     

    I own a Watchnet ES-12004RTS DVR http://watchnetinc.com/es-12004rts.asp

     

    I performed a Backup of 2 channels successfully on a brand new external USB drive as per the instructions in the

    User Manual page 49 section 4.7.1. http://watchnetinc.com/downloads/manuals/EMB/EMB_User_Manual_5.6_02162010.pdf

     

    Side NOTE : Before the backup the DVR requested to perform a Format of the external drive since the drive format wasn't recognized. After performing the formating, the external drive was recognized by the DVR and I was able to perform the backups.

     

    I then tried to consult the external USB drive saved videos using two different Laptops (windows 10, and Mac OSX 10.11.6) .

     

    In both cases the external USB format is not recognisable by either Windows or OSX.

    What is required to preview the saved videos once saved on the external USB from a laptop (Either Windows or OSX) ?
