Could always put plexiglass in front of the camera lens, depending on what decorations you have on the porch, you could build something along the same decor.

IR? Am I missing something? Check iris settings, may have to adjust the iris pot in the evening or with a #5 welding lens to correct.

According to spec sheet that camera uses either 24vac 40voltamp or 12vdc 500ma power supplies.
