Does this one have a storage setting in the menu? -
Depends on the equipment and the question, if it is a dvr query then post under the dvr section.

You have DSS turned on, try going into the camera menu and turning off the DSS(digital slow shutter) and see if you have a picture that you like. Hope this helps.

Have you rebooted the machine? How many HDD's in the unit? Most of the Nuvico units can swap HDD's out due to the OS is linux and on a flash, not on HDD. Hope this helps
