    IcrealTime vs Nuvico DVR3

Have used several NVDV3 series and if setup is good usually so is record and playback, also depends on camera's and monitor. Also Nuvico does issue upgrades to their units on their website. http://www.nuvico.com/product.asp?strCategoryCD=DC001
  2. Have used the Nuvico NVDV4 DVR that way with different settings on individual cameras and the NVDV3 series too.
  3. Have you tried setting one to low sensitivity, some of the China dvr's work that way?
  4. Scorpion, this may seem like a stupid query, but when you plug the cameras into 120 was there a funny smell and smoke?
  5. Enjoy you can play with and learn all you need, as per a previous post do in the comfort of home and in a setting where you can control the inputs, like switching lights on and off, have fun!
  6. dual voltage, then 24vac and 12vdc
  7. sorry no dip switch settings on that camera, is on screen programming. have to connect to monitor and program all the settings that way, hope you have the manual, or d/l from samsung techwin.
  8. Just for the heater and fan, that should be ample, 54/24=2.1666 amps and at 24VAC the power supply will provide 3.3 amps.

    I remember when..............

What about AM radio and the Lone Ranger and The Green Hornet and the first transistor radios with a single earbud to listen too! Long division without any calculators at all, cept your fingers and toes.

    DOA DVR?

If I am reading the info right you need 1.3 amps to start that dvr without the harddrive and 1.2 is not going to do it, you need a larger Transformer for that DVR.
