Yeah we have the octopus cables in stock, depends on the channel outputs, might want to check for playback issues, there is a firmware update on these, depending on the problem, this might be the answer. if I can be of any help, you can call 800-399-7769 ext 148, and I will see what we can do.

Try using UBCD on the harddrives, with ultimate boot disk you have a few options to work with.

Have you checked the ribbon cables on the back of the unit to make sure they are plugged in properly?
