    HI all i have problem in video streaming in my HD-DVR , i tray to connect it by client on computer but the video quality is very bad on monitor i try to decrease the FPs and the bite rat and the quality of video nothing change and the delye is very high < i need a help DS-7216HGHI-F1 HIK streaming problem
