    I am looking for a home NVR System 8 channel with max 4 cameras for now. I would like something that is reliable for many years ahead. The variety is huge but I managed to narrow it down to the following 3 systems:

    Hi,

     

    I am looking for an NVR system (4 cameras) with easy installation steps. I notice that some of the vendors are using 3-party system for mobile connectivity. For example Lorex is using “FLIR Cloud remote connectivity”

     

    Beside of more simple configuration are there any extra benefits ? would it be more privacy to stream the video directly rather to use 3-party system ?
