It is Hik-Connect, it seems to work fine over IVMS-4500 on the Cloud P2P but not the normal way :/

After a long day I have finally got to DVR viewer and playback to work on Hik-Connect wifi, for some reason I still cannot get the app to work outside of my wifi network any suggestions why? Or a way to solve this everytime it tried to load a image just says connection failed thanks in advance.

I am somewhat confused on how to migrate I have got a DS-7208HUHI-F1/N DVR 8ch and wondering what you do, I am currently on HiDDNS using IVMS-4500, do we have to pay a fee for this new service also does it have the same functions as the HiDDNS, live view, playback etc also do I need to find my own DNS provider now?

If someone could give me a step by step guide on exactly what to do would be great, e.g. Software update etc, I have registered to Hik-Connect already, many thanks

I have got a HikVision 7208 HUHI, I am struggling with the BNC output, I cannot seem to get it to work, i have a VGA monitor connected but also I have a BNC wire connected that then has a Phono adapter then goes into the back of my TV AV port but no luck with it working, do I have to activate it anywhere in the Menu as I have seemed tried everything any suggestions?

I have got iVMS-4500 on my phone with 10 cameras, for some reason when I start up the app all pictures are in Fluent quality (even when showing one picture) when I change an image to Clear its fine but as soon as I close the app down and re-open it returns back to Fluent, how do I default it to Clear?

I understand on multiview its in fluent which isn't an issue but on a single view its a bit of a pain
