Hey Rory!! Client must have had more than "a few beers" before he had the brilliant idea of resetting his admin password! So here I am at your mercy begging for the software to reset password. (Guest account still works and at least system is still monitoring, but definitely need to get admin account up again) I really appreciate the time you and the other CCTV vets put into this forum.
