Hi. Go into accounts on dvr ..... Create a new one with full admin.Log out then log back with new user you created and then delete the others
I tried it
Changing passwords ...
No avail
Tired of this chinese generic bullcrap.
The funny thing is I can I can login to the DVR directly with the same password but when I try to connect through computer it doesn't work on the same network( or oustide network)
Also when I try to use the router's ip address on same network it doesn't work either

from the network that the DVR is on, go to http://whatismyipaddress.com/ that is your actual IP addressOK that worked but new problem is I can't login to the DVR as it's saying login failed.
It's the same on DVR's current network ( same ) it says login failed
It used to work before on the same network
Don't know why it's not working

From your home, you are using your public IP address correct? Not 192.168.1.192. That address will only work on the same network that DVR is on.How to know the public ip ?
I tried using 192.168.1.192:80 and other ports and it didnt work also tried 202.96.128.88 with different ports still same
The DDNS option is no go since it doesn't have anything.

I want help in establishing a remote connection with my DVR and my other network ( my home )
I tried port forwarding all the ports 16000,1550 and 80
This is the network config of my router
It's working with the same network when I type the IP, it works but it doesn't work when I try with other network ( IP:80)
DDNS option doesn't provide anything so that's a no go.
So is there anything am doing wrong ?
Any suggestions ?

I have set everyhing on the DVR and computer
the DDNS works fine on computer the link works perfect.
From android link works fine but for android none of the apps work, I've tried almost most apps on Playstore but nothing works.
DVR needs activex for it to work as android doesn't support activex
