    Hi,

     

    I use an IC Realtime security system and I connect to the internet via a 4G Teltonika router. I have recently moved to is from Satellite broadband and when I was on satellite I used to be able to view my cameras via my phone remotely. Since moving to the 4G router I can't I was wondering if anyone has any suggestions, as I have checked the settings on the IC Realtime system, the 4G router and my iPhone and it all looks correct.

     

    I am assuming it will be around firewall or WAN settings on the router. Any suggestions would be really appreciated.
