Where can I find the configuration screen?

I do have an iPhone app but using the playback feature is confusing.

I did install IE and it is the same screen.

Yes, I am using a local IP address. And yes, I can watch live from my pc using the software.

I have unchecked All channels and binding. Did not solve the problem.

Hi all,

I am trying to do a playback on my cameras. As you can see from the screen shot, I have set the parameters for the time I want to look at but as you can see the date is stuck on 12/ 1/2020.

I am using PSS CCTV software version 4.06. If you look at the screen shot it shows todays date 12/15/2020 at the bottom of the calendar. If I choose that, nothing. It stays at 12/ 1/2020

Can anyone help with this problem? I can click the little arrows and can go back to Nov, Oct, but when I choose Dec, it is stuck on the 12/ 1/2020

Hi all,

I am looking for software for my Windows 10 Pro PC.

The splash screen starts and looks like this: (see pic_1)

And the interface looks like this: (see pic_2

I need a place where I can download this software. I am moving to a new machine and I am starting with a new blank hard drive and I am trying to get the software from my old machine to the new one.

I guess I should have said that my cameras can't be seen after my upgrade to Windows 10 from Windows 7.

I am trying to access them but for some reason something is not letting me through to see them. I can use my iPhone and my iPad to see them but not my Windows 10 desktop.

I know I should supply you with model numbers etc but I just thought maybe someone else had this problem and will just say to me, "I had that happen to me, just blah, blah and your good."
