I'm having some trouble to watch remotely my cameras
I can access the webpage by the publicIp:port and log in but I cant see no image

What its weird is that if I access locally with localIp:port i can log in and watch the my cameras perfectly, also i can watch in my phone with the dvrs app (locally and remotely also)
What ive tried:
-Tried a different port (8000,8080 even 80)
-Reset dvr to factory
-Reset isp router to factory
-I tried using a ddns to access and also with my public ip (example: tried with myddnshostname.ddns.net:8000, and with publicIp:8000, same issue)
-Removing the hd of my dvr
-Deactivating my firewall on the pc im trying to watch my cameras
-Using a different browser (though it works only on IE)
-Different internet cable (i was being desesperate)
-I took my dvr from my office and tried to make it work at home and still having the same issue
As you can see I dont think its a portforwarding issue, or bad config in the dvr because i can access the page (locally and remotely) and log in but i just can watch the cameras remotely
