Not sure what button they are talking about. I think the POE I'm using may not be powerful to power the camera. I bought a Cisco SF300-24P 10/100 POE which I'm waiting for. Until then I tried to use a POE from one of my Wifi devices: https://www.google.com/shopping/product/8301822707409383034/specs?q=unifi+ap&oq=unifi+ap&sa=X&ved=0ahUKEwja2IK12r7WAhUB7GMKHfixBvcQuC8IpAE. I get no lights. Not sure if anyone is out there that has reset these cameras and used a POE switch that works with the Axis.
