Hello everyone, I bought 4 licences of IVMS-5200, for 4 different locations. On all of them i have a problem with receiving alarms from NVR. First it worked, but after sometimes it stops working. After i reinstall the software it works for one day most, after that, the alarms from NVR in E-map are not displayed anymore. All services are running, i checked for all of them to be started. The alarms are working on NVR, but not on IVMS-5200. It's the same problem in every locations. Computers are new, windows 10 licence, everything looks clean. In IVMS 5200, the E-MAP is working fine, and with no error message it suddenly stops. Do you have any recomandations or solutions with what to do? Thank you, kiki
