    Hey,

     

    I have a Balson DVR, h.264, made in russia, Serial No. THIRD EYE D104A39.

     

    I want to reset the password / i want to know the admin password.

     

    The person who setup the device forgot the password. Also there are no manuals or nothing along with the box.

     

    I tried very hard to get in touch with the company who manufacturing / distributing this device.

     

    Also in this forum also i didnot found the name balson in any discussion.

     

    When i start the device i am seeing H.264 DVR in big letters

     

    The device shows 2000-01-01 date.

     

    after restarting the device it always start from the date 2000-01-01 00:00:00 SAT.

     

    after every 5 wrong attempts the device shows ACCOUNT LOCKED! and beeps 3 times.

     

    i can try any new passwords after a restart.

    and almost all the password discussed in the forum.

     

    Nothing worked.

     

    i tried removing the cmos battery but still i am not able to get the admin access.

     

    i turned off the device, press and hold the esc / up arrow using remote and turned on the device - no show.

     

    I tried connecting with the network and no apipa process happening, i guess the device is supporting only static ip configuration.

     

    Please help me reset the password.
