i am in great need of help , i recently purchased a hikvision dvr and came home tired from a installation and started to program the dvr which i bought from a ebay seller , i have been using the samsung systems but the company i am installing for started using hiikvision which seems more robust but i wanted to save money and purchased one from the gray market which i know is bad but this one is going in my house for learning and yes i blew it right out of the box and as it turns out the store i bought it from on ebay outright lied to me he was not a distributor and hikvision will not help , i down loaded the sap tool and went thru sending the info to them and they flat out will not help , so is there anyway to factory reset the admin password any help would be greatly appreciated
