Would you choose the Analog over the IP camera?

The 2MP IP Camera DS-2CD1023G0-I has an Internal IR compared to the 2MP Analog

DS-2CE16D8T-IT5E which has an external IR.

Do you think the image resolution of the IP camera and the analog camera would be the same?

I'm looking at these 3 cameras with almost the same price point for residential use, these are HIKVision brand. It seems that I can get a better Megapixel if I go with the Analog or save some money if I go with the 2MP Analog.
