thanks for reply, i will try that with camera, theres other problems with it, and just as bad are hiwatch cameras, it has a mind of its own and locks up when IR is on and have to wait until daylight to adjust

Hi, can anyone help, the mouse keeps freezing on my hikvision dvr at least twice a day, i have tried it in the port on front and rear port makes no difference, i have tried another known working mouse and exact same issues, i have to shut down and reboot between 1-5 times every time, i wish i had of bought a decent make dvr this thing has multiple issues
