I have a CCTV system that was setup and configured for me by an IT consultant that I hired that I'm no longer able to get in touch with. I relied on him for logging in to the system for any thing I needed done. I've just recently moved offices and now I'm not able to get into my CCTV system anymore. Is there a way to factory reset this particular system? See details below.
