Hi - I've got the same problem with my CNM Secure 4 channel unit and I need to login to view footage of a break in in my house. I found the seller on ebay, are they reliable?

Hi - I have the above CCTV camera which I've owned for approx 5 years and purchased from Amazon.

It's been setup and used for this period and I've never had to check any recordings, so I've forgotten the password which I setup.

Obviously I've tried the default out of the box password it was shipped with but that doesn't work.

I'm not technical, so is there anyway to get round the password as we had a burglary over the weekend and I need to see if I have any coverage to pass onto the police.

Any help would be appreciated
