I need some help, i have a 4CH Full D1 DVR from my client and i'm having trouble access the recordings because the client lost the remote and the front panel with buttons (MENU,ENTER,LIST,PLAY) won't work.
I notice a lock on the up right corner that says "Key Locked" is there any way i use like a smartphone as a remote or something else ?
