but fail ever

I have tried the tool (Serial code: RRSzr9SeSr) but I receive Password Recovery Failed..

I forgot my DVR admin password and have tried used SADP tools to export the XML files but failed to get the key.

Please help me how to reset password hik vision DS-7204HVI-SV?
