    Hi, I have a HIKVISION DVR Model: DS-7216HQHI-K2

    I would like to know how to make this DVR work with 24 cameras in total.

    The data sheet in this regard says that you can connect 16 analog cameras + 8 IP cameras, that is, a total of 24 cameras. .

    But I can only run 16 analog cameras + 2 ip cameras. Total 18 cameras.

     

    Is there a way to make it work with 24 cameras on this DVR?

    Hi, my name is Sebastian , I would like to know if it is possible to reset the key of a DVR when the password is not available and the DVR issues an error code when an incorrect password is entered

    I describe my situation:

    I have a Startvision DVR of a client and I need to reset the password. When I try to access the menu, I enter any password (I do not have the original password) and I throw an error code, so I can not access the main menu.
     
    I would like to know if there is a specific program for StartVision and to be able to reset the password through the error code that the DVR emits when one enters an incorrect password.

    Computer data:

         DVR: STARTVISION
         MODEL: SV - HSA1108NA
         CHANNELS: 8


    Error code: d41510

    I hope you can help me with some information or whatever it is to be able to solve it.
