It is going to a camera.  Is the yellow cable supposed to be coax and red power?  

Hello all.  I have been tasked with splicing this with new cable.  Please tell me the best way to do this.  It is a yellow cable with a stranded core inside a yellow cable with stranded core.  Red cable is the exact same way.  I figure I would leave this to the experts.  Thank you.
