  1. Hi sorry, this is the cable I purchased. I tried attaching the video but it’s too large. If you have another way I can send the video or upload it please let me know. 
    It was lager than the required 1.2 MB. If you have an email I can send it that way?

  2. The distance is about 25ft. It is on a 50ft RS 485 cable. Would a shorter distance cable make any difference? (Sorry I don’t know much about this stuff).

    What would you suggest for a better power supply, if this one is insufficient? 
     

     


  3. Hi, I’m looking for some help with PTZ camera.  The camera intermittently flickers and flashes. I have it directly hooked up using  RS485 to a power distribution box. I also have have a ground loop isolator on the camera. 
    I have two of these same (PTZ) cameras, this is the only one that flickers with lines, but both will cut the picture if I move the camera. 
    I am assuming it has something to do with the power? I have a 16ch DVR but only 9 cameras hooked up. Only 2 are PTZ’s. 
    Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
