I have such data: PAL D1 (720x576) Frame rate: 25 fps bitrate: 1Mbps compresion: H.264 Is there any pattern how to calculate it? Checking customer bandwidth from speed test is good idea? How to calculate bandwidth that are free(not used).

SDI you mean converter ? No 1 camera is connected by cable to DVR and mobile DVR which has option to stream or to send data to server

yes it is. Cameras are new, those are heavy duty cameras mounted on specialised machinery Now it is very problematic and risky to get data from those cameras but if we could stream them it would be very helpful

Is it possible to change software of DVR? I have few DVR frrom china and would like to delete software then using linux make some scripts so mobile DVR works automaticaly. How to remove the old system from dvr?
