    Sorry its been a while since i replied, ive tried again and still cant get it to work, ive attached a picture of what i can see.  The gateway and subnet are the same as what my router is saying.

    Ive even done a factory reset and started again but still nothing

  2. Hi all, I need some help please.

    Ive got IP cameras at my home and one of them packed up so the supplier kindly sent me a replacement.  I know it works as the red lights for night vision is lit but I'm just getting no video.

    I've been in the settings and tried everything I can think of including resetting the settings and changing the IP address but I'm getting nothing.

    Can anyone give me a clue what I need to do to get this working please?
