Sorry its been a while since i replied, ive tried again and still cant get it to work, ive attached a picture of what i can see. The gateway and subnet are the same as what my router is saying.
Ive even done a factory reset and started again but still nothing

It was the camera IP I tried.

They are wireless cameras linked to a DVR.
The 3 original cameras are branded Anni and the replacement is marked SmartSF. The replacement isn't exactly the same design but it's close

Hi all, I need some help please.
Ive got IP cameras at my home and one of them packed up so the supplier kindly sent me a replacement. I know it works as the red lights for night vision is lit but I'm just getting no video.
I've been in the settings and tried everything I can think of including resetting the settings and changing the IP address but I'm getting nothing.
Can anyone give me a clue what I need to do to get this working please?

It's kind of sorted now, turns out the camera it incompatible with my recorder.
