How can I trace down who is using TR projectors to project very offensive projections into my yard and house. Is there any kind of app that I can download to my android phone or my laptop to find where it's originating from. And can a high power green or blue 5W laser's shut them down. My security camera's pick up a blue light, when they're doing it. It's like a blue misty light.
