Hikvision IVMS-4200 - Mouse Zoom Not Working?!

Hello, I have several HK PTZ cameras connected to a HK NVR and have several client workstations connected with IVMS-4200 software to monitor cameras. For some reason when I try to zoom using the mouse wheel it zooms EXTREMELY SLOWLY - but when I use the zoom button on the PTZ console everything moves at the correct speed. Please can anyone help me as I am starting to lose hope - I cant see any setting or config that is causing this issue. Thanks Rob
