I finally took the plunge and purchased a avtech DVR 4ch with networking . It's connected to two fixed cameras and a PTZ unit. I set everything up via my main computer and it works great
Got it all work and communicating spot on but how in the hell do i set the presets on the DVR for the ptz control? I go to video web server E on my computer, Go to the PTZ controller button and select the PTZ camera. I can move it about, zoom etc I can even press AUTO and it swings left to right ok. I have got 16 Preset buttons and would like to preset certain positions etc so I haven't got to faff about tooo much when looking about.
anyone have any ideas?
