Robocam 0 Posted December 16, 2004 the manual for this unit is not very user friendly.....could anyone out there tell me for the Record and Event Settings and Type there are a few options including Event + Time Lapse or just Event. Does anyone have a clue what the Time Lapse feature is for. I just want to record motion and dont know whether to enable Event + Time Lapse or just Event... the manual is just lacking in a lot of ways looks like a high school kid wrote it. rory 0 Posted December 16, 2004 Hi Event is motion detection, so turn off Time Lapse and make it only event. You have the option to use Time Lapse also, and Even together, which would mean that you can record at a slower rate in Time Lapse all the time, then have it go into a faster recording when it picks up motion, this can be set differently among each camera.
