Avermedia 1304 NET playback issue

Hi all,

 

I'm having problems with 2 of these DVR's at the minute, When I connect in and view remote playback the timeline window which should show activity for the day is empty. It looks like it not recording anything !! It was working and seems to have just stopped. I hvae it set to auto record etc and have rebooted both systems. When viewing the cameras you can see the green record icon activate when there is motion but it doesnt appear in the timeline.

Has anyone come across this problem?

Yes. I had to make sure the hard drive was "approved" by avermedia AND I had to update the firmware. use port 5005 and you can update remote.........
