toowork 0 Posted August 30, 2008 I was wondering if anyone could help me out. I do computer consulting for a auto company and the guys that sold them their geovision system have gone out of busines and now I am stuck trying to help them for now. They have a GV-800 12 channel card, with 8.2 software. The problem: They keep a screen pulled up with the viewer on full screen mode and this last week it keeps logging out of the viewer every 12 -24 hours. It still has the little loggin screen still there but they have to log back into the software to get it to come back up. Is there a setting or something that might be causing this error. It so far has not given any errors or anything else, but there much older card version bever did any of this. any info would be greatly appreciated. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
sinbad 0 Posted September 1, 2008 try making a NEW limited user name, check the permission tab and allow it only to login, but not to stop recording and use it for auto login see if that helps. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
