Hello,

I am looking to use mini RG59 for wiring up my video system backend(matrix switch, DVRs, NVT), no runs greater than 20 feet.

What do I use for a connector, I see no mini RG59 BNC connectors, at least not of the crimp on type. This {Mini RG59 BNC PermaSeal-II} is the only one I have seen that makes any claim to working with Mini RG59. Is my only course to separately purchase 27 AWG pins & regular RG59 ferrule/connector?

We use the same West Penn connectors for mini coax. Great product and far sturdier than the standard 2 or 3 piece mini coax connectors. You can almost literally hang from them!

I use the same West-Penn connectors on the old Minicoax wire that was run years ago here whenever a connector needs to be replaced. For brand new runs I use standard size RG59. Coming from the DBS Installation industry, I'm much more familiar and trusting of the larger coax, personally.
