GV 8.31 Problem

Greetings,

 

I have a problem and that is , When my windows start i get a screen Multicam System Startup! Please wait ...

 

but it does not go ahead. And the system is also not hang.

 

And the problem is i have locked windows, and have forgot the password to logoff from gv key lock.

 

Please Help!!!

hello, try to run safe mode first then goto run type msconfig then uncheck it from the start-up..hopeit will help
