which DVR-EB1304NET or Intellicam G4-HD-E?

Hi everyone. I'm looking for a 4 channel DVR for a residential system. My main priorities are playback quality, ability to email alerts, decently long service life, and cost of around $400-$450 max. Web viewing would be a good feature too, but I wouldn't use it for more than a couple weeks per year. I'm looking at either the Intellicam G4-HD-E or AverDigi EB1304NET. Which do you think would fit my needs better, or is there one that would be better? I know most of you like the EB1304NET but my only concern is that it is fanless, and in my barely air conditioned hot Florida wooden home....well, you get the idea. Thanks.

EB1304Net-SATA I bought from cctvmegastore.com came with the Fan and I have sold over 200 of those unit and they work real well. I don't think i would ever look at anyother unit. I did buy first few EB1304Net from another source and they did not come with one any fan. I just double check the unit I got in yesterday from cctvmegastore and it does have fan.
