Samsung RJ-11 camera adapter to BNC with power

I have a customer that wants to keep existing camera's but switch to a stand alone dvr the only problem is that the samsung camera run off a RJ11 plug. He want to get rid of the monitor that powers all the cameras. I was wondering if anyone knows where I can get an adapter from RJ-11 to bnc and power also.

If it is a sscweb14 or 17, make your own.
