psc66 0 Posted June 23, 2010 Hello, We are using Netvison ver. 5.38 PC Based DVR Software. We've noticed that during replay the last event will not play back until another event is recorded. The time stamp appears in the list but nothing replays. This is very unhelpful if we are trying to see the last moments of any activity. I have very little experience with this software other than running it for security related purposes and installations. I would like to know if this is normal or if there is a way to tweak it so it allows for immediate play back. We did not have this issue with the earlier versions of the software (before 5.35) Any help would be greatly appreciated. Many thanks Paul Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
william_netvisiondvr 0 Posted June 25, 2010 Hi Paul, I am so sorry that we gave you no answer because we had to confirm you were one of our customers but you didn't answer the mail of our sale. You can playback the last event via "instant playback" when you single-right-click on the main interface. The maximum time can be 8 minutes. The way is much easier to operate.
