problem with remote view Kodicom DVR 880

hi,im new one in this forum ,and i hope someone can help me to fix this problem.

i have Kodicom DVR 880 in one standalone computer with os XP and internet with static IP.everything work properly but when i try use remote view give me error.i try use IE and enter my Static Ip in URL address after that one page appeare with title DVRnet Video CameraRecoder and want fill 2 Feild.1.site code and 2.Password after i enter site code and my password when i try to reach the programe show me the another error "Login Faild" after that "Can't Connect to Server" "network Faild"

i really appriciated if anyone can tell me how can i fix this.
