Eyemax DSRG16 DVR lost password

We have an Eyemax dedicated 16 channel DVR ( model DSRG16) and we have lost the admin password (we still have the user password).

Does anyone know a way to reset this system and the passwords?

Tried removing battery and power down, only changes the clock.

The manual does not say anything.
