needa 0 Posted June 14, 2011 i came across this ds2. its an older model that i recieved just after it came back from the factory from repair. i installed it yesterday. plugged it in. it booted up (it took several boots b4 it finally installed the app) and started working. a couple minutes later a red light starts flashing and the thing freezes up. after a couple reboots(unplugged) it does the same thing. ds2a-16c only have two cameras on it atm. have 4 more to install if i can get it working. it originally came with an 80gb hd. when it came back from factory. they replaced it. the bootup says 232 gig. running 3.1 firmware i dont know anything about these things. im a pretty hands on fella... but without a direction i have no clue. there is so little documentation on the ds2... not even a "this is what is wrong when the light blinks" page. and searching through google didnt help much either. if u need more info, just ask... ill keep an eye on this post best i can and thank you so much for your time.
