mic volume too low

i am using 16 ch dvr with 4 ch audio input and using the following mic

my problem is the even when i attach the mic directly behind the dvr still the voice is extremly low over lan can anyone help???

if i attach the mic to my laptop the mic records very efficently

 

 

please help
